As a part of the Butler County Federated Library System, the Evans City Public Library has a number of e-resources to meet your needs – from the comfort of your very own home.

Welcome to our online library of electronic resources. These subscriptions are provided for your use. Some will require you to enter your library card number and create an account. Your PIN will be the last four digits of your library card number unless you have changed your PIN number.

Zinio: Zinio is a multi-platform distribution service for digital magazines, with more than 5,500 magazines from a wide range of publishers.

OverDrive

OverDrive is an American digital distributor of eBooks, audiobooks, music, and video titles. The company provides secure management, digital rights management and download fulfillment services for the Prospect Area Library. OverDrive's catalog includes more than 2 million digital titles from more than 5,000 publishers. The company's global network includes more than 27,000 libraries and schools. OverDrive was founded in 1986 and is located in Cleveland, Ohio.

POWER Kids Library

POWER Kids Library This easy-to-use, graphically appealing search interface was designed especially for grades K - 8, helping these kids search on a broad range of subjects in a professionally selected collection of age-appropriate magazine & newspaper articles. Articles are assigned a Lexile rating to indicate reading level. There are also resources for teachers. Librarians (or teachers) may supplement the pre-selected resources with additional locally selected e-resources. Kids Search searches these resources to the right:

Digital Music

Freegal Music: Library users can download five MP3s for free at this site. Every song has a sample clip you can listen to before you download. Downloads are all in the MP3 format. This service will work with any MP3 player. Patrons can also stream music through Freegal.
